Defence Project Documentation Development and Management Services (1st Pass and 2nd Pass Document Production (with domain specialists in Maritime, Land and Air Warfare).

Services provided by QDA in support of capability development include:

• Production of operational concept documents (OCDs)

• Production of function and performance specifications (FPSs)

• Production of test concept documents (TCDs)

• Provision of advice on the development of CDDs

• Review and maintenance of CDDs on behalf of the Commonwealth

• Provision of training, coaching and mentoring of staff developing CDDs

In this specialized area, QDA has been successful due to its uncompromising approach of providing a competent document author with the requisite domain expertise and working closely with the CDG Desk officer. Not only does QDA provide quality documentation on time but also assists the CDG Desk officer with the management of IPT meetings and preparations for Defence Committee reviews, whether it be DCP Entry, 1st Pass or 2nd Pass activities.
